Dr. Mark G. Brooks, MD

Dr. Brooks is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree at the University of Florida and obtained his Medical Degree at the University of Miami. He completed his internship and residency at Orlando Health. He has served on the Medical Executive Committee and as Chief of the Department of Medicine at Orlando Health Central Hospital. He is currently an adjunct faculty member for the Orlando Health Internal Medicine Residency Program.

Terry Clemons, APRN-C

Terry has been with our practice for over 14 years. Terry received her undergraduate degree in Nursing at Florida Statue University and later went on to receive her graduate degree at the University of Central Florida. Terry has worked on staff as an adjunct faculty member at local colleges and at local hospitals as a charge nurse, preceptor and in case management. Terry also has been a volunteer at Shepherd’s Hope, a local free clinic, for many years.

Dorianne Fisher, APRN-C

Dorianne Fisher, ARNP joined our team with almost a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in emergency medicine. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and went on to receive her Masters of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Dori has practiced in a variety of settings, treating a variety of age groups and illnesses. Dori is an avid dog lover, a wife and mother of two. Her favorite place to be when she isn’t taking care of patients or her family is the beach.

Tara Chapman, APRN-C

Tara Chapman, ARNP joined our team with an expertise in emergency medicine and post-open heart surgery. Tara is a community educator regarding well-being and self care. Tara is a graduate of both the University of Phoenix and Chamberlain University and is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Tara grew up in Tampa and loves the Tampa Bay Bucs and also the Ohio State Buckeyes! She is a wife and mom to a son and 3 foster kitties. She loves the beach and likes to visit as often as possible.

Ella Barnett, APRN-C

Ella is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University where she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing. Prior to that, Ella worked extensively as a registered nurse where she cared for patients at the UF Health Cancer Center and MD Anderson Cancer Center. Ella’s philosophy to nursing is to care for patients in a compassionate way and intricate way, while embracing a profession in which the client is cared for holistically through physical, spiritual and emotional needs. Ella loves traveling. She has done considerable missionary work and grew up in South America.

Pamela Lee, APRN-C

Pam received her Masters’s of Science from West Virginia University. Pam is certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center and has extensive experience in evaluating, assessing and treating acute and chronic health conditions. She is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner. Pam has been with the practice for over 5 years and plans to pursue her Ph.D.

Christopher Rotondo, PA-C

Chris received his undergraduate degree from University of Florida and later went on to get his graduate degree from Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of The American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. Mr. Rotondo had an article featured in The LIFE Study as part of the UF Health Promotion Center. He has been with the practice for over 7 years.

Dori Hanna, Practice Administrator

Dori received her undergraduate degree at Stetson University and graduate degree at New England Conservatory of Music. She later pursued her nursing degree at Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences and has worked in both the capacity of a Director of Nursing and Executive Director. Dori has been with Dr. Brooks’ practice for over 4 years.
